1994 - Mark Bosnich breaks into the Aston Villa side in the early nineties
Rejected by Man Utd, Bosnich breaks through at Aston Villa and his impressive displays point to a bright future

1996 - Bosnich is booked for making a gesture to the crowd and sent off in another match
The Australian's fiery temperament sees him frequently incur the wrath of both referees and the press

1996 - Bosnich celebrates winning the Worthington Cup with Aston Villa
Bosnich proves a popular figure at Villa Park and wins the League Cup with Aston Villa in 1995/96

1999 - Bosnich re-joins Manchester United on a free transfer
When his contract expires in 1999, Bosnich moves to European champions Manchester United for free

2000 - Mark Bosnich with Peter Schmeichel and on the Manchester United bench
But he can't live up to predecessor Peter Schmeichel and soon finds himself out of favour and on the bench

2001 - Bosnich joins Chelsea on a free transfer
A chance to start afresh comes with a move to Chelsea, but it's nine months before he makes his debut

2001 - Bosnich lies injured on his seventh and last appearance for Chelsea
His Stamford Bridge career lasts just seven games as a groin injury moves him back down the pecking order
