Bosnich case adjourned
Bosnich was sacked by Chelsea recently
Mark Bosnich's personal hearing against a possible drugs ban has been adjourned.
Former Chelsea goalkeeper Bosnich faces a year-long ban from football following a positive drugs test for cocaine. The Football Association said the Australian's current suspension will continue "until such a time that his case can be heard." The suspension has also been extended worldwide, and Bosnich cannot train either at domestic or international level. The keeper hoped to train with the Australian football team ahead of their match with England on Wednesday - but he will have to scrap those plans. It is understood Bosnich, who claims he took the drug unwittingly as one of his drinks had allegedly been spiked, was not present at the hearing. Bosnich's legal team are still considering whether to appeal against a ruling by a Premier League tribunal, which rejected his claim for unfair dismissal against Chelsea.
