Ebbsfleet's success in the FA Trophy will boost the club's fanbase, according to their Supporters' Trust.
Chair Jessica McQueen told BBC Radio Kent: "The chance of going to Wembley has whipped up interest from people who wouldn't normally come to games.
"If we put in a good display we can convert people."
The semi-final first leg with Aldershot has been moved forward to 1200 GMT on Saturday, partly because of police concerns about fan numbers.
"As the authorities are saying Fleet should have an early kick-off for safety reasons, the club has no alternative.
"If they'd stuck to three o'clock and anything had gone wrong the club would have looked very foolish," McQueen added.
The winner of the two-legged tie will play either Torquay or York in the final at Wembley on 10 May.
