Cusiter comes into the team

Scotland head coach Frank Hadden has made four changes to the starting line-up for Sunday's clash with Samoa at Murrayfield.
Chris Cusiter will play at scrum-half while Allan Jacobsen, Scott Lawson and Craig Smith form a fresh front-row.
Hadden said: "We set down to pick a team to win the match. We've made changes because we want to show confidence in our squad.
"We have four really good players who are worth an opportunity this weekend."
Lions scrum-half Cusiter has not played for the new Scotland boss in his three games in charge of the team though the Border Reivers player had been the first choice of previous national coach Matt Williams.
Cusiter comes in for his long-running rival Mike Blair who started in last week's 23-19 defeat by Argentina. "It is very close at nine," said Hadden of the switch.
"I'm really chuffed," Cusiter told BBC Sport. "It was tough not to be involved last weekend.
"I'm grateful for the opportunity to start and it's up to me to justify my selection and hold on to my place for as long as I can.
"Competition is obviously good for the team but not so good for the individual when you are left out."
Regarding the wholesale front-row alterations, Hadden explained: "Many clubs now rotate in that area and it is no reflection on the performance of any player from last weekend."
Borders' Semo Sititi will captain Samoa while former Borders player Tanner Vili starts at fly-half. Edinburgh Reivers lock Opeta Palepoi is out injured.
