Ricky Wallace will ride for reigning Premier League champions King's Lynn Stars this season. The 21-year-old Australian is a Peterborough asset and has been working with Lewis Bridger's pit crew while looking for a ride in 2010. Stars promoter Buster Chapman told BBC Radio Norfolk Wallace has shown plenty of promise in his homeland. "He's had some very good results in and he's beaten some really good riders so he has got potential," he said. "He had a bad injury when he was 16 years old when he was going really well and was out of the sport for about a year with a badly broken leg. "He's taken a little while to get back into it but now he's enjoying it again and going very well," he said. Wallace was signed after Alex Davies was refused a UK passport, and appeared on the club's new live online television show on Monday. Chapman said that Star TV's debut broadcast was a great success. "Technology is not my thing but you can't fail but to be impressed with what technology can do," he said. "It's very good that people can interact with it and give you the questions and send you messages, its just mind blowing for me," he said.
