Rapeseed oil recipes

The bright yellow fields of rape in early summer produce an excellent, light cooking oil. Look for cold-pressed rapeseed oil and use it in salads, fried or baked dishes and for general culinary use. It’s particularly low in saturated fat so is seen as a healthy choice. In Canada and the US, rapeseed oil is known as canola.
