Renault boss Flavio Briatore has said the team is looking to put the disappointment of last weekend's European Grand Prix behind them.
With no points in Valencia the team's hopes of finishing fourth in the constructors' title took a blow.
Briatore said: "It's a weekend to forget. Our objective remains to fight for fourth place.
"We must now stay focused for the races to come and continue with our efforts to grow stronger."
Valencia provided further disappointment for former world champion Fernando Alonso who finds himself in eighth place - 52 points off former McLaren team-mate Lewis Hamilton.
