North Leigh manager Mark Gee insists his side will not underestimate local rivals Carterton when the teams meet in the FA Cup preliminary round.
Carterton are seventh in the Hellenic League and Gee told BBC Oxford that, despite North Leigh's higher status, the opposition will be respected.
"It's going to be a very difficult game. I've had Carterton watched and boss Gary Brown has them really fit.
"It's a nice respite from the league bit still a difficult fixture."
