Former Tottenham defender John Scales thinks Spurs should stand by manager Juande Ramos despite their poor start.
Spurs are bottom of the Premier League table with two points from six games, their worst start in over 50 years.
Scales told BBC London 94.9: "I'm never an advocate of sacking a boss for the sake of it. He's got great credentials but they'll have to support him.
"The board have to be responsible, they are responsible for what has happened so far."

"It's one problem after another and it's very easy to see how it can go from bad to worse."
But he thinks the board will have to keep faith in Ramos who replaced Martin Jol last October.
"They obviously made a long decision in appointing him in the first place, they looked around.
"Let's hope they get a couple of results and suddenly hope that the players gain that confidence and turn things around."
