Mansfield Town manager David Holdsworth was delighted with his side's application and attitude in the 2-0 victory over Altrincham on Tuesday.
The mid-table Stags have little to play for in terms of league placings but Holdsworth has said the players are all playing for their futures.
And he told BBC Radio Nottingham he was "very pleased" with how they performed.
"There was a style about us - we played some good two-touch football. We were excellent," Holdsworth said.
"We had six shots on goal in the first 27 minutes which is fantastic.

"The goalkeeper had a very good game and I think the scoreline flatters Altrincham a little bit.
"The players worked extremely hard and there was a good togetherness."
Mansfield's final game of the season is on Sunday when they are at home to play-off chasing Stevenage Borough.
