Burton Albion manager Nigel Clough has paid tribute to captain Darren Stride after he became the first player to make 600 appearances for the club.
Stride, 32, marked the milestone with a goal-scoring appearance as a substitute in Burton's Birmingham Senior Cup win over Rushall Olympic on Tuesday night.
"To come on in his 600th game and get a goal like that is superb for him," Clough said after the thumping 6-2 win.
"You remember stuff like that as well. We're absolutely delighted for him."
Former England international Clough, 41, also played his 300th game for the club.
