Leeds Carnegie captain Mike MacDonald has said defeat is not an option when they host title rivals Exeter at Headingley on Saturday.
Leeds are five points clear of Exeter at the top of National League One and won the reverse fixture 14-13 earlier in the season.
MacDonald told BBC Radio Leeds: "This is a massive game. If we win we are in the driving seat and it's ours to lose.
"If they win then it's a fight again and anything can happen then."
A win for Leeds would see them clear at the top by a minimum of eight points, and it could be as much as 10 depending on the margin of victory.
MacDonald added: "If they win then it might just come down to bonus points and we don't want to let that happen.
"We don't want it coming down to a bit of chance, so we'd like to take care of it on Saturday.
"We can't let the pressure get to us and the key to the day will be picking the right plays and patterns at the right times in the games."
