Millward heads League fines list
St Helens coach Ian Millward
Millward has had run-ins with officials already this season
St Helens coach Ian Millward has been fined £100 for leaving his coaching area during the Challenge Cup game with Huddersfield on 3 April.

He escaped action over claims he swore at an official in the same game, but is being investigated over an incident in a game with Bradford on 28 March.

Castleford's Dave Woods must pay costs after swearing at an official during a Northern Rail Cup game.

Leigh and Wakefield were also fined for trainers entering the field of play.
