Oxford United's Adam Chapman will miss out on action for the second time in a week after Northern Ireland Under-21s' match against Wales was called off.
The match in Ballymena has fallen foul of the weather, days after the 19-year old was due to feature in Oxford United's game at Kettering.
United's match at Rockingham Road was rescheduled for Tuesday, clashing with Chapman's international duty.
Both matches have now been cancelled after heavy snow.
The Sheffield United youngster had his loan deal extended at Oxford United until the end of the current campaign after impressing U's boss Chris Wilder since arriving in January.
