Nottingham Forest boss Colin Calderwood says his side made a massive step forward in their battle against the drop with their 1-0 win over Barnsley.
Joe Garner's first-half goal lifted the Reds off bottom spot on Saturday.
Calderwood told BBC Radio Nottingham: "I'm massively relieved and happy - but it's not about personal happiness, it's about taking the club forward.
"The necessity to win was obvious and the necessity to win the next game is still obvious to me."
Calderwood, whose job was widely rumoured to be on the line ahead of the home win, hailed the efforts of his young squad.

"They're a fantastic group of players to work with," he said.
"The opportunity to manage a club like this is all you'd want, so the rough comes with the smooth on occasions and you've got to accept it."
Forest's next game is away at Coventry on Saturday.
