Mansfield Town boss David Holdsworth has credited his players with winning him the Blue Square Premier manager of the month award for October.
The Stags claimed 10 out of a possible 12 points available in the month to climb to fourth in the table.
He told BBC Radio Nottingham: "It's nice to receive an accolade but it's about the support I get from my players, the staff and fans.
"I do ask people to work hard but when you do, you get your rewards."
Holdsworth has now turned his attention to his side's first-round FA Cup tie against Forest Green on Saturday.
He said: "If you can get going in the competition it can generate some confidence and prestige.
"If we don't get the win we want, we must at least bring Forest Green back to Field Mill. But if we can be successful on the day, it does mean we play one less fixture."
