Bosnia fixture confirmed
Ryan Giggs takes on Christian Panucci
Wales are in demand after their recent successes
Wales' proposed friendly match with Bosnia at the Millennium Stadium has been confirmed.

The game will take place on 12 February, kick-off 1945 GMT.

Wales manager Mark Hughes is keen on Bosnia as opponents because he feels they will be a similar outfit to Yugoslavia, who Wales face next April in the Euro 2004 qualifiers.

There had been talk of Wales playing Turkey or Northern Ireland, and Hughes had previously said he would prefer the option of a warm-weather training camp.

Bosnia are joint bottom with Luxembourg in Euro 2004 qualifying group two, after defeats to Romania and Norway. They host Luxembourg on March 29.

Wales have been in demand after their recent successes that have seen them top group nine and climb up the Fifa rankings.

Tickets for their next qualifying game against Azerbaijan on 29 March sold out in a matter of hours.

Those for the Bosnia friendly will be on sale from 27 January.
