Leicestershire head coach Tim Boon said his side turned in a promising display in the defeat at Yorkshire in their opening Twenty20 game of the season.
"Yorkshire appeared to be cruising but such is the nature of Twenty20 that all of a sudden we came right back in it," Boon told BBC Radio Leicester.
"For them to need 23 from two overs... we would like to have won from there.
"But I take a lot from the performance. We were excellent in the field and the way we dragged the game back was good."
