    When you're a manager, you're trying to find that fine balance of being defensively solid and carrying a threat upfront.

    Thomas Tuchel has managed to find that by leaving out some big names, and finding the best relationships within that midfield area.

    With Thomas Tuchel coming in, he gives you a tactical edge and that's what he has given England.

    Listening to Harry Kane speak yesterday, he felt there were more plans in place and more tactical understanding of what they need to do going into games.
