Russo should have won! She has outshined this year and won so much! For the country and club team.

I have to say that was one of the smoothest award shows I think I've ever watched!

Done and dusted in about 40 minutes. Unreal.

When it comes to the best women's player, why do they bother to have "nominees"? Just make a "Lifetime Award" and just give it to Bonmati!

    Sam

I think Dembele was the best player in this period to win lots of trophies with PSG, but isn't the best player. Bonmati is the best player but failed to win the Euros or CL. Don't understand the lack of alignment in the voting.

I agree with Harry Kane. Feel like he's scored about 800 goals this year.

The fact that Declan Rice was overlooked for Best Men’s Player is abhorrent! He deserves so much more recognition.

Never mind Kane, what about Haaland? I can't believe anyone thinks there's a better goalscorer on the planet. You certainly wouldn't swap him for Dembele.
