  1. Recalling safety guidelinespublished at 18:47

Please keep all of your limbs inside the teleporter

We just saw Maple interrupt xPeke's recall.

Recalling takes 8 seconds and can be reduced to 7.5 or even 4 seconds if you slay Baron Nashor. However, if a champion recieves damage while attempting to recall they will be stopped and will have to start over. So when you decide to recall, make sure you do so in a safe area!

  2. High level analysis from the expertspublished at 18:42

Maple chose Viktor in game 2. While Viktor is strong at playing safe, he doesn't have the same assassination power as LeBlanc, his pick in Game 1.

Looks like Origen's made a popular choice with Tahm Kench...

  5. Champion Selection - Game 2. FW vs OG.published at 18:40

    Picks and Bans

    Origen (Blue side)

    Bans: LeBlanc, Darius, Varus

Picks: Lulu, Rek'Sai, Kalista, Anivia, Tahm Kench

    Flash Wolves (Red side)

    Bans: Gangplank, Mordekaiser, Twisted Fate

Picks: Jinx, Elise, Malphite, Morgana, Viktor

Origen first pick the highly contested Lulu, a champion adept at keeping her allies alive and healthy.

Flash Wolves pick a similar composition to the first game with strong teamfighters. FW leave their final pick to Maple which allows him to potentially counter xPeke's pick in the mid lane.

Viktor is the final pick from FW which means mid lane will most likely be very quiet for the start of the game while both players farm up. Viktor is a very safe champion who is able to farm minions from a long range which Anivia will do something very similar.

  7. The Inhibitorpublished at 18:34

Richard Kam's guide to the game

    Richard 'Pulse' Kam
    eSports Caster

There is an Inhibitor in each of the three lanes and it lies behind two towers which have to be destroyed before the inhibitor can be damaged. Once the Inhibitor is destroyed that lane will summon "Super minions". While they don't wear a cape, they rock a pretty sweet mechanical suit which doesn't just look awesome but means they deal significantly more damage and take a lot less damage from enemies.

The more inhibitors that go down, the harder it is to come back the defending team has to stay in base to deal with the pesky buffed up minions. The small caveat is that it's easier to farm minions as they flood into the base to collect a little more gold.

  8. Game 1 - Origen winpublished at 18:33

Origen have taken the lead in their first game against the Flash Wolves. But can they make it three wins in a row? If not, it'll go to best of five.

  10. Your reactions to that epic Origen win!published at 18:29

  11. Time to reset for the Flash Wolvespublished at 18:28

After an insanely back and forth game including a Pentakill, kills at almost every minute and momentum shifts throughout the match, Flash Wolves need to reset their mentality and stay composed heading into Game 2. Best of 5s in League of Legends require an insane amount of mental and physical stamina.

  12. Can you say "out rotated"published at 18:17

Flash Wolves step out of their base to contest the Dragon and it seemed that they had beaten Origen to the punch however Origen looped back and walked right into FW's base before they could react and from what looked like a strong pedestal to be standing on quickly crumbled beneath them as Origen dismantled their Nexus

  14. A lose lose situation for Flash Wolvespublished at 18:14

The Flash Wolves have to contest the fifth Dragon and fight Origen for it, but at the same time if they leave their base to do so, the minions will end the game.

  15. A show of powerpublished at 18:13

Origen take a second inhibitor after crushing FW in another fight. However, Origen get a little too cocky with their recalls and Maple punishes Mithy's positioning.

  16. So just how impressive was Soaz's pentakill?published at 18:10

  20. Darius, The Hand of Noxuspublished at 18:08

Following in Cloud 9's Balls footsteps, Soaz secures a Pentakill with Darius. When Darius gets into close quarters, imagine a bull in a china shop. Once Darius gets one kill, he's likely to get more with his Ultimate ability, Noxian Guillotine which deals a massive amount of damage and resets on kills which means he can use the ability again with no down time.
