INGREDIENTS
1 large cauliflower
4 small potatoes
1 ½ tea spoons of chilli powder
1 ½ tea spoons of turmeric
1 ½ tea spoons of salt
2 spoons of garam masala
2 tomatoes
Olive oil
Ginger and garlic sauce
METHOD
Chop the cauliflower and potatoes.

Heat oil in large frying pan and add the cauliflower and potatoes.

Add the turmeric, salt, chilli powder and garam masala.

Add the garlic and ginger sauce, and two cups of water. Bring to a simmer, stirring for three to four minutes.

Lightly mash the cauliflower and potatoes. Finish with fresh chopped ginger and coriander.

Serving suggestion:
Serve Gobi Aloo with naan bread.
