This is the HACCP, stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

Basically, it's about identifying hazards, so it's critical it's wrote clearly and simply, easy to understand and legible, 'cause one day it could be used in a court of law.

Female hairdresser with blonde hair: You have to keep safe records of clients, of their colours, so the next time they come in, you know what you've done.

And the next person, if you're not there, knows what you've done, so the client gets a consistent colour every time.

Female hotel receptionist: Is it Mr. Foode?

Mr. Foode: Yes.

Female hotel receptionist: Would you please insert your card there for me?

Female hotel receptionist: I hand-write things many times in a day because the hotel is so busy and sometimes you just cannot like remember everything.

So it kind of helps me to remember what I have to do next.

Female hotel receptionist: When I write to myself, it doesn't matter how I write it.

For example, you can see from here it's just like messy, but as long as I understand myself what it is in there.

But, for example, if I need to pass a message to another person, I try to make of it more clear, like, so everybody else can read it as well.
