Basically, it's about identifying hazards, so it's critical it's wrote clearly and simply, easy to understand and legible, 'cause one day it could be used in a court of law.

For example, you can see from here it's just like messy, but as long as I understand myself what it is in there.
But, for example, if I need to pass a message to another person, I try to make of it more clear, like, so everybody else can read it as well.
