As an engineer we working off instructions all, all day, every day.
It's just simple instructions.
You've got step one to 22 and following them steps you'll have an engine removed within half an hour.
It just makes the job a lot quicker.
Speaker 2: We're here in a meeting room.
We do have conference evacuation procedure.
Evacuate all guests from meetings rooms and break out areas towards the nearest fire exit.
Close all doors and windows.
Assist guests to the fire assembly point and check with each functional organiser that all delegates have been accounted for.
The point is that these instructions are clear, straight and direct.
Speaker 3: This is the recipe folder and this is where we have all the recipes for our [Indistinct] restaurant.
We've got it all bullet pointed here.
You have to follow them one by one and you have to follow it very carefully because you can easily go wrong with these recipes.
It's useful to be able to give clear instructions as well as understand them.
