The excellent Ram and Zvonareva were worthy winners

Andy Ram and Vera Zvonareva ended Bob Bryan's hopes of winning two titles in one day as they swept to a straight sets win in the mixed doubles final.
Bryan won the men's doubles with brother Mike and returned less than an hour later to partner fellow American Venus Williams against the ninth seeds.
But his efforts were in vain as Ram and Zvonareva played some sparkling tennis to earn a 6-3 6-2 victory.
The Israeli-Russian combo broke twice in each set to seal a deserved win.
Bryan and Williams played well in patches but occasional breakdowns in communication undermined their efforts.
And Bryan, understandably tired after his previous four set match in the men's doubles final, found his serve broken with alarming frequency.
The victory was finished off with a Zvonareva ace on the first of two championship points.
