Robert Howley admires Warren Gatland's approach to coaching

Robert Howley says Warren Gatland has the Midas touch and Gavin Henson says the Wales coach has given the Grand Slam hopefuls mental toughness.
Wales face France in Cardiff on Saturday with the Six Nations title and Slam up for grabs.
Attack coach Howley said: "When I initially spoke to Warren about the job, I felt he had the Midas touch."
Henson said: "Every training session is at an intensity I had not experienced. That has given us a mental toughness."
Howley added: "It's great to be part of a set-up where you're challenged in the environment, have a say, are questioned and you learn."

Howley's perspective echoes Henson's view of life under Gatland and defence coach Shaun Edwards.
"Warren is a very astute, very honest and hard-working coach. He demands loyalty, trust and a work ethic from his players and coaches and you have to give that back to him.
"That's what's happened over the last six weeks and it must be a recipe for success. He's been at Wasps, Waikato and Ireland and wherever he's been those components for success have been there.

We are much fitter than any other team
|
"It's a great ride to be on at the moment and the game against France is huge."
Wales have never lost a Six Nations game Henson has started and a victory on Saturday would give him a 10-out-of-10 record in the Championship.
He said: "I am aware of the record. I didn't really want anyone to know until the end of the campaign but people seem to have picked up on it.
"I hope to make it 10 out of 10 this weekend. It has been a great campaign so far. There is one more to go and we all hope we can do it.
"It will be one hell of a match. There is going to be a high ball-in-play time and the boys' lungs will be struggling.
"It will be a test against France as they are good athletes but we are a fit team. We are much fitter than any other team and we have proved that."
