Italy have made four changes to the side beaten by Ireland for Saturday's Six Nations clash with Scotland.
The Azzurri welcome back Andrea Marcato and Marco Bortolami, both of whom missed the Irish defeat through injury.
Marcato is in for suspended full-back Andrea Masi, while lock Bortolami replaces Tommaso Reato.
Fit-again Leonardo Ghiraldini returns to the side and Gonzalo Garcia replaces Kaine Robertson who is left out of the squad.
The uncapped Franco Sbaraglini has been called up to replace Saracens hooker Fabio Ongaro, who was initially named on the bench after starting the Azzurri's defeats to England and Ireland but injured himself in training yesterday.
Utility back Giulio Rubini could make his national team debut in Scotland after being named on the bench.

606: DEBATE

Italy coach Nick Mallett takes his side to Scotland with both sides looking for their first points of this Six Nations campaign.
And the South African says his side have to improve their discipline and cut out the unforced errors if they are to have a chance of recording a second straight victory at Murrayfield.
"The individual mistakes have cost us a lot," said Mallett. "We have given away seven tries in our opening two games due to our mistakes and this cannot be.
"Against Ireland, we made 75 tackles forward and we only recovered three balls and this is a problem for us.
"We cannot give our opponents an advantage at this level of the competition because, as we have seen, we will pay for our mistakes."
