Dragons look for Jones stand-in
Stacey Jones playing for New Zealand
Jones is a key player for club and country
Catalans Dragons hope to sign a scrum-half on a short-term deal to replace the injured Stacey Jones, says chief executive Grant Mayer.

The Kiwi is out for up to two months with a broken arm and former New Zealand Warriors team-mate Brent Webb has been tipped as a possible stand-in.

The only problem is that they would have to de-register an overseas player.

"We are looking at the options but it is hard to find anyone for a short-term period," said Mayer.
