Rotherham manager Mark Robins says the Millers have received an enquiry for star striker Reuben Reid from an unnamed club in a higher division.
The 20-year-old, who scored 19 goals in League Two last season, has a year left to run on his current contract.
"There has been an enquiry from a club in a higher division," Robins told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"It hasn't got any further and I don't expect it to. I'm looking for him to carry on as he did last season."
