Midfielder Paul Lawson has left Celtic and agreed a permanent move to First Division Ross County.
The 22-year-old, who made four appearances for Celtic in season 2005/06, three as a sub, was on loan St Mirren and St Johnstone last term.
Northern Irish defender Sean Webb is on the way out at Victoria Park, moving on to Accrington Stanley.
The 22-year-old returned to County from St Johnstone two years ago but made just eight appearances last season.
