Strikers Emile Sinclair and Adam Newbold are two of eight Nottingham Forest youngsters who have failed to earn new deals at the City Ground.
Richard Tait, Hamza Bencherif, Liam Hook, Tom Sharpe, Ryan Whitehurst and Paddy Gamble have also been released by the Championship side.
All eight were members of the successful reserve side that have lost just three times in two seasons.
But only Sinclair and Newbold played for the first team.
Defender Ian Breckin is also leaving the City Ground this summer.
