Northwich Victoria will play in the Blue Square North next season after winning their appeal at a Football Association hearing.
Owner Jim Rushe appealed against the Football Conference's decision to kick them out because of financial problems.
Although the club's short-term future has been assured, Northwich will start next season with a 10-point deduction.
The Vics went into administration in May, owing around £500,000 in unpaid bills and to creditors.
Northwich were relegated from Blue Square Premier League last season after finishing third from bottom in the table.
They have been placed in administration on a previous occasion - in September 2004.
