Scott Parker is the latest Newcastle player to undergo surgery

Newcastle United captain Scott Parker will miss their final game of the season at Watford after undergoing surgery on a hernia problem.
The 26-year-old midfield man will now concentrate on getting ready for the start of next season after travelling to Germany for the operation.
Parker's operation is the 14th for by a Magpies player this term.
Damien Duff also had surgery on a foot injury last Friday amid fears he could be sidelined for several months.
