Leicester defender Joe Mattock has committed his future to the club by signing a new contract which will keep him at the Walkers Stadium until 2010.
The 17-year-old left-back made his Foxes debut as a substitute against Norwich in April and has since made 10 appearances for the club.
Mattock told Leicester's website: "I'm delighted to have signed a new deal.
"During my time in the Academy I was always taught to keep my feet on the ground and that's what I will do."
