Mifsud scored twice in the cup win at Manchester United last season
Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has said he will listen to offers for striker Michael Mifsud.
Last season's top scorer has indicated he wants to leave after attracting interest from elsewhere.
Mifsud has a year left on his contract but has told his manager he plans to submit a written transfer request.
"There's nothing we can do about that. We have to move on and if a club offers the right money for Michael we'll consider it," said Coleman.
Mifsud scored 17 times last season but went 19 matches without a goal in the latter part of the season and Coleman says whoever replaces the Maltese international will have to do better in the coming campaign.
We risk losing him for nothing if we don't let him go
Chris Coleman
He told BBC Coventry and Warwickshire; "Michael scored 11 in the league and if we're going to improve, our strikers will have to score more than that. But he was our highest goalscorer."
"He's got 12 months left on his contract and we risk losing him for nothing if we don't let him go," added Coleman.
Coventry have already signed Freddie Eastwood from Wolves in the summer and are expected to sign the former Crystal Palace striker Clinton Morrison.
