Carlisle United have confirmed fixtures with Middlesbrough and Preston North End at Brunton Park as part of their preparations for next season.
Gareth Southgate's Boro visit Carlisle on Tuesday 29 July, while Alan Irvine's Preston are due on Saturday 26 July.
John Ward will take Carlisle to Kendal for their opening game on 11 July, before trips to Partick Thistle (19 July) and Chester City (22 July).
United's final pre-season game takes place against Morecambe on 2 August.
The new League One season kicks off on Saturday 9 August.
