Southern League Midlands side Chasetown booked an FA Cup second round place for the first time in their history.
Chasetown seized the lead when keeper Lee Evans' long free-kick was knocked down by Kyle Perry and Vaughan Thomas sent a fine volley past Darren Chitty.
Dean Smith was denied an equaliser when his header was saved by Lee Evans.
Chasetown doubled their advantage after the half hour when Lee Parsons teed up Craig Holland to net from 25 yards as Team Bath never seriously threatened.
