League One title favourites Leeds battled back after falling behind to beat Scunthorpe at Glanford Park.
Gary Hooper took a return pass from Paul Hayes to fire the Iron into a deserved second-half lead.
The lead lasted four minutes as Enoch Showunmi powerfully headed home Rob Snodgrass's cross.
Leeds finished strongly and Jermaine Beckford was on hand to net the winner 10 minutes from time after David Prutton's shot came back off the bar.
