Fans have been paying tribute to Alan Ball since his death was announced on Wednesday

Everton led the tributes to Alan Ball with a minute's applause before their match against Manchester United.
Ball died on Tuesday at the age of 61 after suffering a heart attack.
Ball's son Jimmy and daughters Mandy and Keeley placed a wreath at Goodison Park and Everton players warmed up with jerseys bearing Ball's name and number.
Chelsea and Bolton also observed the minute's applause, which was later held at all Premiership and Football League clubs across the country.
Ball, a former Blackpool, Everton, Arsenal and Southampton player, was regarded by many as England's man of the match in the 1966 World Cup final.

The Football Association has already announced that England's players will wear black armbands as a tribute to Ball when they face Brazil on 1 June in the first game at the new Wembley Stadium.
His funeral will be held at Winchester Cathedral on 3 May.
