Twenty20 Cup holders Middlesex will represent England in the tournament

Organisers of the Twenty20 Champions League have agreed to move the tournament from September to December.
The original dates meant it would could have overlapped with the Champions Trophy, taking place in Pakistan.
That breaks an agreement that an event cannot take place seven days after an ICC-sanctioned tournament.
It will feature two teams each from India, Australia and South Africa, plus Sialkot from Pakistan and English Twenty20 champions Middlesex.

The England and Wales cricket board had to sanction Middlesex's participation.
The ECB was hoping Twenty20 runners-up Kent would also take part but the organisers refused because they had two players who had played in the unsanctioned Indian Champions League.
Middlesex secretary Vinny Codrington told BBC Sport: "We will definitely be taking part. It is disappointing it's not happening in September-October but pleasing it is taking place this year."
The venue for the tournament, which will now take place between 3 and 10 December, has yet to be confirmed.
As a result of the date changes, the Test match between Australia and South Africa in Perth has been rescheduled from 12 to 17 December.
"While the Champions League Twenty20 is a domestic tournament not affected by ICC event rules, we have agreed to the ICC request as a gesture of goodwill," said a joint statement from the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Cricket Australia, and Cricket South Africa.
