The London Mile route takes in views of many of the capital's most famous landmarks as Sport Relief Milers make their way down the Embankment from Westminster to Blackfriars.
Davina McCall, Colin Jackson and Tim Lovejoy will join children's favourite Sportacus in doing London Miles at varying times at the same venue, alongside a host of other familiar faces.
The Sport Relief Mile is the ultimate way of getting involved in Sport Relief and the idea is to sign up and get yourself sponsored to raise cash.
Comic Relief will then spend the money you raise to help vulnerable people living incredibly tough lives both at home in the UK and in the world's poorest countries.
This year participants can set their own challenge by having the choice of completing one, three or six Miles.
There will be well over 200 Miles all around the UK so there is bound to be one close to you, so all you have to is sign up and start getting yourself sponsored!
It costs £5 for adults and £2 for children (under 16) to enter the Mile, or £12 for family entry (two adults, two children). Entry fees cover costs only and do not include a donation to Sport Relief.
So rise to the challenge and sign up now for a fun day out alongside many of the UK's favourite sporting stars and play your part in Sport Relief 2008.
