Turner says he must strengthen his squad to be able to compete

Newport Gwent Dragons coach Paul Turner played down his side's Heineken Cup hopes despite being drawn in one of the easiest groups for next season.
"Benetton Treviso are the best Italian side without a shadow of a doubt and trip to Perpignan will be a huge physical ask," said Turner.
"London Irish we know all about, so, yes it is a good group, but there are a lot of variables between now and then.
"If we're in good shape, there's no reason why we can't have a go at it."
The Dragons squeezed into next season's competition thanks to a late Paul Emerick try in a play-off win against Calvisano.
Since then, Wales internationals Ian Gough, Gareth Cooper, Aled Brew and Nathan Brew have all left the region.
Turner says he must find suitable replacements to have any hope of competing among Europe's elite clubs.
"We've replaced Gareth Cooper with Andrew Williams, but we're still looking to replace the others," he said.
"We've brought Richard Mustoe in from the Ospreys, which is a great signing, and we're tinkering with other spots we think need to be strengthened.
"It's always good to bring in that extra bit of quality because this competition is all about having big squad full of quality."
