Newcastle wing Tim Visser has signed a new two-year contract that will keep him at Kingston Park until 2009.
The 19-year-old Dutchman has made 11 appearances this season and is in the RFU National Academy ahead of his English qualification in September.
"Tim is an exciting talent who has progressed well this season," said Falcons rugby director John Fletcher.
"With more game experience and physical maturity he will be a force in what is a very strong Newcastle back line."
Visser joins the likes of Toby Flood, Jamie Noon, Mathew Tait, Mark Mayerhofler and Hall Charlton in signing new contracts.
