Meyer led the Blue Bulls to the 2007 Super 14 title

Leicester head coach Heyneke Meyer has said the Tigers must improve their discipline on the field to continue winning matches.
They gave away three early penalties against Gloucester which may be argued was a result of players getting used to new adaptations of the defence laws.
But head coach Heyneke Meyer told BBC Radio Leicester there were no excuses.
"We just need to be better disciplined because that's the difference between winning and losing," Meyer said.
Tigers won their opening match 20-8 at Kingsholm on Sunday.
