Gloucester have signed 28-year-old centre Tim Molenaar from National One side Nottingham. Molenaar was born in New Zealand but has a Dutch passport. He has made more than 100 starts for Nottingham since joining in 2004, scoring 24 tries. He told the official club website: "I had been at Nottingham for a while but this will be a whole new environment. "Playing in the same back line as the likes of Nicky Robinson and Mike Tindall will be a great experience." Gloucester head coach Bryan Redpath added: "It's no secret that we've been looking to bring someone else in and we're delighted that Tim will be joining us. "He's one we've had our eye on for some time. "He's been one of the stand-out performers in National One in recent times and is more than capable of making the step up to Premiership level."
