Stade Francais had little trouble securing a home draw in the last eight of the Heineken Cup as they thrashed Wasps in their last Pool 2 match.

Italian Diego Dominguez scored 16 points and the French side went over for three tries as Wasps crashed to their fourth defeat in the competition.

Patrick Tabacco scored the first try in the 17th minute after good work from the Stade Francais forwards.

Any hopes of a Wasps comeback were ended one minute before half-time when Nicolas Raffault added a second try for Stade.

Sylvain Marconnet completed a miserable afternoon for the London side when he went over late on.
