Johnson adds to management team

Mike Bundy

England manager Martin Johnson has made two more appointments to his senior management team.

Former UK Athletics and England Saxons team doctor Mike Bundy, 47, will now take the role for the senior national team, replacing Simon Kemp.

Rob Burgess, 31, is England's new team operations manager, following a spell in a similar role with Gloucester.

"Mike and Rob have a lot of proven experience in their respective jobs," said Johnson.

"They will be a real asset to the management team and the squad as a whole.

"It is vital the medical support and the logistics of the squad run smoothly, and I am confident Mike and Rob will both play a major role in the management team moving forward."
