Parents praise Hampson support
Matt Hampson
There have been several fund-raisers for Hampson
Leicester prop Matt Hampson is now able to talk but remains paralysed from the neck down following a serious injury in training for the England under-21s.

The 20-year-old is on a ventilator at Stoke Mandeville Hospital where he had surgery after the incident in March.

His parents Anne and Philip said: "We would like to thank everyone for their support and prayers.

"Matt's positive spirit and self-belief are due to the wonderful support from family, friends and the rugby world."
