Moody had already been suspended by Leicester

Lewis Moody has been banned for six weeks for striking an opponent but will be available to play in England's November internationals.
An RFU disciplinary panel found the Leicester flanker guilty of punching Leeds' England Under-19 skipper Jordan Crane in an 'A' game on 5 September.
The Tigers reacted swiftly when Leeds cited Moody, handing him a four-week ban after he admitted striking Crane.
The RFU hearing in Coventry opted to extend his suspension by two weeks.
Moody said: "I accept the findings from the hearing and deeply regret the whole incident.
"I will be training hard in the coming weeks and am looking forward to playing again as soon as I can."
Moody is available for selection again from 19 October, freeing him up for Leicester's Heineken Cup opener against Clermont Auvergne.
England coach Andy Robinson can also select him for the autumn Tests against Australia, New Zealand and Samoa at Twickenham.
