Redruth held on in the dying moments against Stourbridge to secure their final home victory of the season in National Two.
The Cornish side led 10-7 at the break, with the visitors having secured an impressive try in the 22nd-minute.
The Reds held out and the scoring was finished with 15 minutes left.
Coach Nigel Hambly told BBC Radio Cornwall: "The boys pulled out something that had definitely not been practised on the pitch."
He added: "This club is Cornish through and through and that's important. I am pleased we have given our loyal supporters a home result to be proud of."
